We fully support the European Union’s “twin green and digital transition.” Our digital operations and supply chain technologies are structured to comply strictly with EU frameworks governing digital sustainability, eco-design, and electronic waste.

Digital Product Passport (DPP) Readiness

In preparation for the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), we are actively upgrading our digital infrastructure to support the rollout of Digital Product Passports (DPP). We are working closely with our luxury skincare, haircare, and fragrance brand partners to ensure that product traceability, material composition, and sustainability data can be seamlessly shared via scannable data carriers across our B2B network.

Green Hosting and Infrastructure

The servers and networks that power global B2B commerce require significant energy. We align our operations with the EU Code of Conduct for Energy Efficiency in Data Centres. We prioritize partnerships with cloud service providers and hosting facilities that utilize renewable energy sources and employ strict “GreenOps” protocols to minimize the carbon footprint of our digital trading platforms.

Data Minimization (GDPR Alignment)

Storing unnecessary digital information consumes continuous server power. We practice strict “data minimization” in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By collecting only the commercial data necessary for our wholesale operations and regularly archiving or deleting outdated records, we actively reduce our ongoing server loads and associated energy emissions.

E-Waste Management (WEEE Compliance)

The hardware required to run a modern, international distribution business must be managed responsibly. We strictly adhere to the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. Whenever our corporate hardware, logistics scanners, or mobile devices reach the end of their lifecycle, we ensure they are securely wiped of commercial data and ethically recycled or refurbished rather than sent to landfills.
